PeopleKeys is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative & Account Manager, who will assist with inside sales and can begin work immediately.

This position is full-time and includes benefits.

Salary is based on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate would also be able to assist in developing training materials that clients would find useful for online support. We do as much as can through the internet, including marketing, sales, and training

We are both the publisher and supplier of training courses, consulting practices, and assessments relating to behavioral analysis. We have developed a sophisticated SAAS-based, online delivery system and continue to develop and expand our technologies. PeopleKeys is a fast-paced and ever changing environment with a friendly and supportive staff, looking to add another member to the team. 

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Account manager for key accounts
  • Answering phones, customer service
  • Light technical support and troubleshooting for SAAS-based system
  • Inside Sales for behavioral products, courseware, and partnerships
  • Taking orders and upselling where appropriate
  • Training of users and supplying support material
  •  
  • Requirements & Preferences:
  • 2+ years professional experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Resourceful, quick learner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Enjoys working with people, friendly disposition
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills'
  • Previous experience with setting up a business a big plus. A lot of our clients are using our materials to set up their full or part-time businesses using our materials so this experience is all around helpful to our clients

Technical Skills preferred:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs
  • Proficiency with CRM (Zoho preferred)
  • Proficiency with technical support and troubleshooting for online programs
  • Proficiency with 3rd party SAAS-based programs
