Presenter Group is seeking either a part-time or full-time Microsoft Training Specialist to become an integral part of our team! If selected, you’ll present and help create interactive training content for a variety of our clients’ customers. The perfect candidate is passionate about Microsoft technology, feels comfortable and confident presenting to audiences of all sizes, and is a natural-born speaker.

Availability is an important aspect of this role. We are seeking a candidate who is either not employed full-time or has a flexible work schedule that allows him/her to take up to three days off work regularly. Part-time trainers will be hired to conduct sessions on an "as needed" basis. Full-time trainers are salaried, and in addition to executing events, they will help create content and attend/lead event planning meetings.

Traveling is required for this role; all travel and expenses will be covered. Most travel will be within the United States.

Part-time trainer position starting at $25/hour. Full-time salaried position around $60,000 annually.

If selected for an in-person interview, you will be asked to give a 5-minute presentation on a topic of your choice. This is your chance to show off your dynamic personality and passion for presenting. 

Responsibilities:

• Present in-person and online training programs with a focus on Microsoft products
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and releases
• Book travel, lodging and on-site transportation for events
• Routinely rehearse training content and continually look for ways to improve
• Manage and report on travel expenses
• Complete event recaps
• Maintain an updated calendar for accurate scheduling
• Engage with customers in a personable and professional manner

• Experience with Microsoft Surface and Windows 10 is preferred
