Additional Opportunities:

Directorship positions occasionally also come available. These positions require a minimum of 3 years' high-paced, high-producing experience, extensive subprime experience, ability to manage staff, and ability to execute process overhaul. Hourly rates can be substantially higher for directorship candidates, depending on the specific needs of the dealership (such as extensive CIT cleanup, for example). Indicate in your application if you feel you are qualified to temp as, or are seeking, a directorship position.

  • Only EXPERIENCED F&I Managers need apply
  • MUST be ethical and transparent in all dealings
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Prior verifiable experience as a high-performing Finance Manager (one year preferred)
  • Basic MS Office knowledge, dealership computer software, and internet proficiency
  • Must be proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability
  • Must have knowledge on menu selling
  • High product penetration skills with low CIT and DMV issues
  • Ability to resolve CIT and DMV issues swiftly
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to “close"
  • Professional appearance and work ethic, with a track record of punctuality, and dependability
  • Requires schedule flexibility that includes nights and weekends
