We are currently seeking an Account Executive (Loan Originator). In this role you will be responsible to bring on new and manage an existing book of investors. You will be responsible to manage the existing book of business and insure that every customer gets the best service in the industry. Construction & Private Mortgage Originator Description:

We are seeking candidates with a background in financial services sales, private money mortgage lending or a proven track record of success selling complicated solutions with a long sales cycle and ongoing account management. Candidates must be willing to network, make outbound sales calls, and build positive relationships with investors, as well as other real estate professionals, plus get out in the field to meet with current prospective clients.

Private Money Mortgage Originator Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated to delivering strong customer service in a sales environment
  • Identify prospective customers through a combination of marketing-generated lead acquisition, existing and new customer referral marketing and database management of over 5,000 investors we have in our database
  • Conduct customer needs analysis to learn and understand customer’s goals
  • Create relationships with prospects and customers so you can help advise them on the best solution for  their needs
  • Facilitate face-to-face account reviews with existing and new customers 
  • Stay current on new products available for customers, industry trends and overall education of the market conditions

Private Mortgage Originator Qualifications:

  • Proven and documented track record of success in selling (minimum of 7 years) is an absolute must. 
  • Selling in the financial services, real estate investment, mortgage lending or construction related field is a huge PLUS
  • Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills
  • Ability and proven track record to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage time in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Stellar communication skills and relationship building at all levels

Required education:

  • College Degree preferred (High School graduates with solid and relevant experience will be considered)

Required experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of successful solution-based selling
  • Financial Services sales background
  • Private Money Mortgage Loan Origination track record a huge plus.
